About JobsMatch
Jobs and permit clarity, on the same page.
Ireland's job market and its employment-permit system are usually explained in two different places, by two different industries, and the gap between them is where people waste months. JobsMatch was built to close that gap: a job platform where the permit arithmetic is done on every listing, from the official rules, with the sources shown.
What the platform does today
Everything below is live now. We would rather ship a short honest list than a long aspirational one.
A job marketplace built for permit reality
Every listing carries a structured salary, a declared sponsorship position (yes, case by case, or no) and an automatic permit check, so nobody wastes an evening applying to a job that could never sponsor them.
Search jobs →Permit tools for candidates
Check your own position, or paste any job ad from any site and let the analyser run the arithmetic against the current official thresholds and occupation lists, with every figure cited.
Check your position →Labour Market Needs Test support for employers
LMNT-mode listings enforce the mandatory ad content, lock the ad for the 28-day run, count the days and keep the evidence. A JobsMatch listing can satisfy at most LMNT Leg 2; the employer must still run Leg 1 on JobsIreland.ie. This is not legal advice; DETE decides compliance.
For employers →A sponsor directory and honest guidance
A free directory of employers that appear in the published permit statistics, plus guides and FAQs written from official sources with their effective dates in the text.
Employers that sponsor →The principles we build by
No ghosting
Every application on JobsMatch gets an outcome. When an employer closes a listing, waiting candidates are told, and rejections are never silent. Being turned down beats being ignored.
Rules as data, with sources
Every permit figure on the platform comes from a versioned record carrying its official source URL, effective date and verification date. Nothing is hard-coded, and every check shows you the rules it used.
Honest states
No inflated counts, no fake activity, no "coming soon" dressed up as a feature. If a search has no results, the page says so. If a rule cannot be verified as current, the checker says that too.
People decide, engines assist
Permit checks and matching are deterministic rules engines you can inspect, and listings are reviewed by a human before going live. AI helps with writing and explanation only; it never decides an outcome.
No invented team, no theatre
JobsMatch does not invent a team page, stock-photo advisers or fabricated testimonials. A platform whose whole point is honest information should have an honest about page: a working product, a rules engine kept verified against the official sources, and inboxes that are actually read.
One thing JobsMatch is not: a law firm. Permit information on this platform is guidance built from published official sources, not legal advice, and the rules change. For decisions that matter, check enterprise.gov.ie or talk to a solicitor or authorised practitioner.
