The service

JobsMatch provides a jobs, careers and recruitment platform for Ireland, together with employment-permit information tools. Features launch in stages; your dashboard always shows what is currently available.

Important limits

• JobsMatch provides information and tools, not legal or immigration advice.
• JobsMatch does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment permits, visas or any outcome.
• JobsMatch never charges candidates for access to jobs or for seeking employment on their behalf.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, post misleading content or misuse the platform; a reason is always recorded and you may appeal by contacting us.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content; no scraping or automated harvesting; no attempts to access other users' data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JobsMatch's liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
