Our content is practical guidance for job seekers; it is not legal or immigration advice.

Sessions are practical and specific to Ireland: what recruiters here actually shortlist, how to position experience gained abroad, what a realistic salary ask looks like for your role and county, and where employment permits fit into your search (guidance built on published official rules, not legal advice). As individual coaches join the platform they will appear here under their own names.
Not sure which package fits?
Tell us about your situation and we will reply by email with an honest recommendation, including "you don't need coaching yet, use the free tools" when that is the truth.
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled online up to 24 hours before the start. A cancelled session goes straight back into your package allowance.
