As Chief Operating Officer, you'll take overall accountability for the firm's internal operations, working alongside the SumUp executive team to make sure our governance, resilience, and regulatory standards match the scale of what we're building. This is a rare chance to shape the operating backbone of a regulated fintech from a senior, board level seat, at a moment when the firm is actively strengthening its structure and controls to support future growth.
